Do you believe Casinova/ Don Juan etc. would read a woman's diary if they thought he would gain a greater insight into the women they are trying to seduce? Or would they consider it to be a cowardly act- beneath the acts of a gentleman?
I'm currently reading "the Art of Seduction" by Robert Green. in it he refers to the seducee as "Victims" and that Seduction is a form of "killing prey" - metaphorically speaking of course. So it would seam [by his perspective] that reading the diary would be fair game. Providing the "Prey" never finds out.
Morally, I would assume that any true form of seduction would require trust - that seduction would be more like a ballet then a conquest.
So the woman I am trying to seduce has left her diary open and left for the night. Oh well, I must avoid temptation. I'm assuming being the gentleman will be more advantageous in the long run...
Or am I just a bitch?

If you care about the person, it's redundant. If you don't, it's extraneous.
Just my two cents.

Re: Reading a woman's diary
Hmmm...kind of an interesting question to post on this forum, of all places. Try Dear Abby or something. Still, you probably gave some artist or writer a good idea for their next comic: The Diary- Book of Dark Desires!
