I just noticed that the girls top is balled up in a man's fist. For the longest time I thought it was tied by ropes looped around the material. I guess other elements of the cover kept distracting me! Erenisch, you're a genius.
I agree that the cover for The Clinic was stunning as well. The animated ads on the DoFantasy site are still some of my favorite.
